YoinkTube is a web application that transforms YouTube tutorial videos into structured, step-by-step guides. We retrieve transcripts from publicly accessible YouTube videos and use AI to generate actionable instructions.

Features include guide generation, multiple export formats, conversion history, and account management. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of it at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or security concerns

• Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selection
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, typically for technical issues preventing service use
• We may adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice to current subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

The YoinkTube name, branding, and associated trademarks belong to us. Regarding generated content:

• Guides are derived from third-party video content—we don't claim ownership of the source material or resulting guides
• You retain ownership of any original content you create using our Service
• You may use generated guides for personal or commercial purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring your use respects the original content creator's rights

7. Limitation of Liability

YoinkTube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. When significant changes occur, we'll post the updated terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of YoinkTube after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
